1st Alfreton Brownies will host a 70th birthday party next month.

All previous Brownies, parents, leaders and volunteers are invited to join the celebrations at Alfreton Community Hall on Sunday, September 18.

Party organisers said: “We would love to see you and hear about your favourite (and least favourite) memories of your times at 1st Alfreton Brownies!

“It wouldn’t be an event without cake and of course a commemorative badge designed by one of our current Brownies.”

The party will take place at Alfreton Community Hall, Mansfield Road, on Sunday, September 18, between 2pm and 4pm.
