Situated on the edge of Alfreton is St Martin’s Church – a beautiful building steeped in history.
It dates back to the 12th Century and the site – on Church Street – may even have been home to a Saxon church before this.
Father Mark Taylor gave us a fascinating insight into the story behind St Martin’s, which remains a popular venue for weddings and baptisms..
