Alfreton Male Voice Choir will support the British Heart Foundation during 2023 after choosing it for its charity for the year.

The charity will feature at the choir’s annual concert at the Post Mill Centre, in South Normanton, on June 3.

The choir will be joined by Shirland Brass Band for the event.

Alfreton Male Voice Choir raised more than £300 for the British Heart Foundation by singing at the Co-op in Ripley in the run up to Christmas.

Last year, the choir raised more than £1,000 for the RNLI with a concert at the David Nieper Academy.

Alfreton Male Voice Choir will hold its AGM at the Palmer Morewood Social Club tomorrow (February 16). All are welcome to attend.
