Decisions about 12 Alfreton area planning applications were made by Amber Valley Borough Council in July and August.
The decisions are published along with other papers due to go before the council’s planning board on Wednesday, October 12.
There hasn’t been a planning board meeting since July – there was no meeting scheduled in August and the one due to take place in September was cancelled – hence the delay in releasing the information.
The full list of applications decided on – and whether they were granted permission or refused – is as follows:
