Burlesque Chair Dance fitness classes are now running in Alfreton on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Come along and try a fitness class with a difference.
Classes are suitable for beginners with no experience of dance and are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
Burn calories, tone up, build confidence whilst having fun and make new friends.
We also offer opportunities to perform in our annual Burlesque shows and local events (optional).
We are very inclusive of all ages, shapes gender and Welcome LGBTQ+ community.
Don’t be fooled by the sass, classes are designed for anyone wanting to get fit, lose weight and tone up.
Classes take place at Alfreton Community Hall, on Mansfield Road, on Tuesdays and at Studio 44, on Institute Lane, on Thursdays.
Classes start at 6.30pm on both nights.
