The Spirit of Alfreton continues alongside Amber Valley CVS. We are recruiting Volunteer Community Connectors to do what they do well, talk to others and spread the essential information of all the wonderful services and help that is available in Amber Valley.

We all have family, friends, work colleagues and neighbours who you have heard are in need of help either now or in the past. Did you know where to get that help?

After decades of working with organisations in Amber Valley we have connections to most if not all the charitable organisations, and NHS organisations who can help. Sign posting your connections to help them is natural, and then they can sign post others. Creating a web of people who are informative and strengthening our community.

With full training, and a desire to help, you can be the reason that Amber Valley is the place to live and no-one is far from help whatever the problem. So if you are happy to spread the news that help is available to as many as you can, then contact David Brough on 01773 512076.
