Derbyshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) is asking residents to say how much council tax they are willing to pay towards policing costs.
PCC Angelique Foster is responsible for setting the county’s policing budget for 2023/24 and how much council tax residents contribute to it as part of the council tax precept.
She has launched an online survey on the matter and is asking residents to say how much they would be prepared to pay towards local policing costs.
