Alfreton Cricket Club is on the look out for new female players this coming new season.
A spokesman for the club said: “Our ladies side are looking for new players to join our friendly team.
“Our team will be playing in division two of the EMWCL softball league this season.
“We also like to play in the softball festivals throughout the summer which are always a great family day out and suitable for all ages and abilities and the aim is to just have fun.”
The spokesman continued: “Come along to our training sessions which will be held at Alfreton Cricket Club on a Monday night 6pm until 7pm as soon as the weather is good to us.
“So whether you have played before or never picked up a bat, don’t be shy, everyone is welcome.
“Any questions please drop our Facebook page a message and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.”
