A former Co-op store on Tibshelf High Street is set to go to auction in February.
The building has been vacant for more than seven years.
In November last year, Bolsover District Council granted planning permission to transform the building by creating a further three commercial units at the site – making four in total – and changing the use of part of it to residential.
According to planning documents, permission has been granted for five residential units.
The vacant building will go to auction on Thursday, February 23 with a guide price of £195,000 plus fees.
