A Berlin tram will go on display at Crich Tramway Village this week.
The tram – and East Berlin rebuilt tram from 1969 – arrived in Crich in 1996.
It has since been equipped with a lift to enable all visitors to enjoy a ride on its demonstration tramway.
The tram will be displayed on Friday (August 13) – 60 years since construction of the Berlin Wall began.
Crich Tramway Village said: “Volunteers will be on hand to tell the story of the tram and what Berlin was like in those years of the Wall and to operate it for those booked on the Access Tram.”
On Friday, Crich Tramway Village will be open between 10am and 5.30pm.
