The owner of Fit 3:16 has unveiled plans for a free fitness based youth group in Alfreton.

Dan Payandeh – also known as Dan PT – will start a fitness-themed group for 11 to 17 year olds.

The first session will take place at the Fit 3:16 studio at the Genesis Entertainment Centre, located on King Street, on Friday, October 6, at 4pm.

The sessions will then take place weekly.

The sessions will be free of charge or donation based for anyone who would like to pay.

Parents and carers will be welcome to stay while the youth group takes place.

There will also be an opportunity to buy healthy snacks and refreshments.
