Fit 3:16 to bring back post-school-run fitness class for mums and dads

Fit 3:16 is bringing back a popular fitness class for mums and dads in Alfreton.
The fitness class will take place on Thursdays at 9.30am, giving parents time to do the school-run first.
Parents with younger children are welcome to bring them along to the class with them but remain responsible for them at all times.
The fitness class for mums and dads will return on Thursday, October 12.
Classes cost £6 each. The first one will be free for anyone who quotes the Spirit of Alfreton when booking.
