It’s that time of year where many of us might be thinking about how we can get fit and healthy in the New Year. We asked Dan from Fit3:16 to share his top tips.
Here’s what he had to say…
Our top tips for staying fit and healthy is nothing magical, just try and find something that physically challenges you that you enjoy doing with friends and family, which we like to think we can provide at our base.
At Fit316 we have a family friendly environment. On winter evenings we like to think of it as a night out for fitness ?. We are based at Watchorn Church in Alfreton.
In January we have an incentive that is family oriented. 11-16 years come for FREE with any adult membership, which are from £39.
*up to two per household (11-16yrs).
We also do Paygo £5pp. No contract with any membership.
We also have personal training available for people that want to train at other times if they cannot make the classes.
