Derbyshire Floods Business Hardship Fund has been opened to support small or micro businesses, whose premises were flooded.
Businesses will be able to apply for an emergency payment of £500 to help them cope with immediate and short-term loss of income.
Residents affected by flooding or damage by flood water are also invited to apply for a property hardship support payment.
The grants are currently live, and the council advises applicants to submit their claim immediately.
Amber Valley Council advises all flooded businesses, including larger companies, to also inform the Amber Valley business rates section that they have been affected by emailing nndr@ambervalley.gov.uk or telephone 01773 8414.
