An Oakerthorpe farm with planning permission to build three new homes is up for sale.

Lane Farm – on Four Lane Ends – is on the market for £350,000.

According to BB&J Consultants, the site has planning permission to demolish the existing farm building  and to build three “executive style four bedroom detached family homes”.

BB&J Consultants say: “The properties are to be conventionally constructed and will have advantage of overlooking farmland and fields to rear.

“Access will be via a shared driveway immediately adjacent to Lane End Farm which will provide access to all three dwellings.”
