Not-for-profit organisations across Amber Valley are being invited to take part in a grant funding workshop this month.
The ‘Children in Need’ funding workshop has been organised jointly by Amber Valley CVS (AVCVS) and Erewash Voluntary Action.
It is taking place online via Zoom on Monday, February 26, from 10am until 11am.
A spokesman for AVCVS said: “BBC Children In Need exists to ensure children and young people have the chance to thrive and be the best they can be.
“This funding workshop is for any Erewash or Amber Valley not-for-profit organisations, charities, voluntary organisations and special schools that work with disadvantaged children and young people aged 18 years and under that live in the UK.
“Dawn Watts, the Children in Need Impact Officer for the Central Region, will lead the funding workshop and will cover: Key eligibility criteria; Core and project funding; Application process; as well as Questions and answers.”
