YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN: THE DRAFT PLAN FOR HALLFIELDGATE, HIGHAM, MICKLEY, SHIRLAND, STONEBROOM AND TOADHOLE FURNACE IS HERE

Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 14 Consultation 22 May to 3 July 2023

The Localism Act 2011 gives Parish Councils new powers to prepare statutory Neighbourhood Plans to help guide development in their local areas.

The draft Neighbourhood Plan has been approved by the Parish Council and is now ready to move onto the next stage.

Please tell us what you think about the pre-submission draft. It affects your future.

After examination and a referendum, the Plan will influence the type, design and location of development in the Parish to 2034.
