HGV parking spaces at a Derbyshire motorway services are set to double if planning permission is granted.
A planning application has been submitted to Bolsover District Council for the Roadchef site at Tibshelf Services, M1 Northbound, Newtonwood Lane, Tibshelf, Alfreton.
The application, which has been submitted by PPL Northampton Limited, is asking for permission for the “extension of HGV parking facilities and the re-location of the coach park.”
If passed by the council’s planning department, the HGV parking spaces at the site will increase from 54 to 103.
