A building that was previously home to an Alfreton opticians will go to auction later this month.

The three storey building at 19 Church Street was previously home to Stanley H Field Optometrist. The former Alfreton opticians closed last year.

The auction listing on the SDL Auctions website describes the building as: “A three storey sales shop with extensive offices/living accommodation over with the benefit of lock up garage storage and customer parking to the rear situated in a popular trading location.”

The building has a guide price of £195,000 plus fees.

It will go to auction on Thursday, March 30.
