Land next to McDonalds in South Normanton to go to auction

A small plot of land next to the McDonalds in South Normanton – and part of the restaurant’s car park – will go to auction this week.
The freehold roadside development site on Carter Lane East (0.312 acres) and 20 parking spaces within the McDonalds site will feature in an auction on Thursday (February 23).
The site has a guide price of £350,000 plus fees.
The auction on Thursday, organised by Auction Estates, will take place at Nottingham Racecourse.
