A plot of land with the potential for residential development is up for sale in Alfreton.

The triangular piece of land – located at the rear of Green Gables on Wingfield Road – is on the market for £500,000.

Describing the site BB&J Consultants say: “Standing as it does adjacent to nearby and ongoing residential development it is considered a good opportunity to acquire an attractive site within this well regarded location.
