An application for a premises licence has unveiled plans for a new deli and café in Alfreton.
The application is for 19 Church Street, the building previously occupied by Stanley H Field Optometrist.
The former Alfreton opticians closed last year and the building sold earlier this year.
Now, an application for a premises licence for the property has been submitted to Amber Valley Borough Council.
The application is for a new business called Cocoa Mint and details plans for a deli and café with a bar and outside seating area.
You can view the full premises licence application here.
