There was a good variety of wares on offer at a debut artisan market in a Derbyshire town at the weekend.
The first ever Alfreton Artisan Market was hosted on Saturday (March 30) by Alfreton Town Council.
The shopping extravaganza, which was held at Alfreton House in High Street between 10am and 3pm, offered all kinds of wares from food and drink, retro and vintage, as well as arts and crafts.
A spokesman for the council said: “Thank you to everyone who visited the first Artisan Market at Alfreton House on Saturday, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
“Special thanks to all our wonderful traders: Harper_crochets, AMAVA Printed & Embroidered Products, The Crystal Goddess, Personalise It 4 Me, Collo Creations & Qwerki candles, Crafts by Zoë, Callum’s Voice, Wag & Whistle, Potters Pantry, Lime Tree Pantry Foods Ltd, Rigsby’s Seasonal Foods, and Thirst Quencher.”
The spokesman added: “The next market will be held on Saturday, April 27,between 10am and 3pm.
“Please get in touch if you would like a stall by emailing office@alfretontc.co.uk.”
