Are you ready start taking steps in achieving your mental health recovery goals?

If you are ready to work on areas of your life which may be having a negative impact on your mental wellbeing, we can support you in starting to make and action a plan to achieve this.

Everyone’s recovery journey is different, so if you require one-to-one support from a member of our team to work on your goals, we can support you to get where you want to be.

Some things to consider when setting yourself a goal:

• What is your goal? It should be relevant to yourself and something you feel will be beneficial for you in your mental health recovery journey

• How will achieving this goal/s impact your life?

• Are you ready to start working on this goal/s with a recovery worker?

• What will motivate you to achieve this goal/s?

• How will you feel once you’ve achieved your goal/s
