Mobile Covid-19 vaccination clinic for children to visit Alfreton villages

A mobile Covid-19 vaccination clinic for children will visit two Alfreton villages this month.

The clinic will visit Blackwell Community Centre and Newton Community Centre, offering Covid-19 vaccinations to children aged five to 11.

The mobile clinic will also visit The Post Mill Centre in South Normanton.

No appointments are needed to attend these clinics. Joined Up Care Derbyshire also says children also do not need to be registered with a GP in order to receive the vaccine.

The mobile Covid-19 vaccination clinic will be in the following locations:

The Post Mill Centre, Market Street, South Normanton, DE55 2EJ

These clinics are for anybody over the age of five

Friday, June 10 – 3pm until 6.30pm

Thursday, June 23 – 3pm until 7pm

Thursday, July 7 – 3pm until 7pm

Thursday, July 19 – 3pm until 7pm

Newton Community Centre, Main Street, Newton, Alfreton, DE55 5TE

This clinic is for five to 11 year olds and any 12 year olds born after August 31, 2009

Friday, June 17 – 3pm until 7pm

Blackwell Community Centre, Woburn Close, Alfreton, DE55 5HH

These clinics are for five to 11 year olds and any 12 year olds born after August 31, 2009

Sunday, June 12 – 10am until 3pm

Saturday, June 25 10am until 3pm
