Amber Valley Borough Council made a number of planning decisions in March – however, just five related to properties or land in the Alfreton area.
Among them was an application seeking permission to build five new apartments in Riddings.
The application is for land behind 14 Greenhill Lane, which sits between Colledge Street and Shaw Street.
A decision to grant planning permission is detail in a document published ahead of the council’s planning board meeting on Monday, April 24.
