A number of planning applications for properties in Alfreton, Somercotes and the surrounding areas were granted permission towards the end of 2022.
A new document published by Amber Valley Borough Council ahead of a meeting of its planning board details all applications decided under delegated powers between October and December.
Approved applications include one for a new house of multiple occupancy in Alfreton town centre, leisure facilities for staff working at a factory in Somercotes and new electric car charging points at a petrol station in Swanwick.
Just one application in the Alfreton area was refused planning permission, according to the document. You can view the document in full here.
Amber Valley Borough Council’s planning board will meet on Monday, January 16.
