An application to build nine new homes close to Alfreton train station is among the latest to be decided on by Amber Valley Borough Council.
The application is for the former The Kitchen and Bathroom Company site on Mansfield Road.
The decision to approve the application was made in April. It features on a document detailing applications decided under officer delegated powers in April and May, which is due to go before a meeting of Amber Valley Borough Council’s planning board on Monday, June 13.
