A new social group – Jolly Antics – will offer fun, friendship and companionship at the Post Mill Centre in South Normanton.
Starting this Friday (February 10), Jolly Antics will meet weekly between 1pm and 3.30pm.
Unveiling its plans, the group said: “Everyone is welcome to join us for coffee/tea and biscuits, lots of fun and games and a little companionship.
“We have a variety of games including Guess Who?, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Dominoes and cards.
“We are planning live entertainment and talks from a range of individuals on different topics that are of an interest.”
Activities planned by Jolly Antics include knitting, crochet and dancing.
Everyone is welcome to attend but there will be a £5 yearly membership cost and a £3 weekly fee.
If you would like to join Jolly Antics, pop along on a Friday afternoon.
