An Alfreton company is making one final donations appeal for its festive campaign to treat youngsters at a hospital this Christmas.
We reported earlier this year that Just Jigsaws, which is located on Alfreton’s Meadow Lane Industrial Estate, is currently on a quest to create the world’s biggest ever hand-cut puzzle.
As part of the ambitious challenge, the team at Just Jigsaws are also raising money for Sheffield Children’s Hospital NHS and Charity as well as other good causes and all the proceeds will be going towards making and donating puzzles for the hospital at Christmas.
John Trowsdale at Just Jigsaws said this week: “We are in our last leg of the Christmas period to make puzzles for Sheffields children’s hospital and hopefully we can make it one not to forget for all the children.
“This Friday we are going to drop off the puzzles for Sheffield’s children’s hospital and it would be great if we can get some more personal donations to make a special Christmas for all the children and staff at the hospital.
“With one last push, we are hoping to get over £15,000 of puzzles donated over Christmas but we just need a bit of help to get there. Please share and spread the word.”
