A plot of land in South Normanton will feature in an auction due to take place next week.

The freehold site located on Garden Crescent will go to auction on Thursday, January 26.

The land, listed by SDL Auctions, has a guide price of £25,000 plus fees.

Explaining the site, SDL Auctions says: “A freehold site extending to 250sq.m or thereabouts and situated within a residential housing estate thought suitable for a residential dwelling subject to obtaining planning permission.

“Prospective buyers must make all necessary independent enquiries in this respect for their specific, intended use prior to placing their bid, as this will be binding.”
