A new planning application seeks permission to turn a building in Alfreton into a seven-bed house of multiple occupancy (HMO).

The application, submitted to Amber Valley Borough Council, is for 51 to 53 Mansfield Road.

It seeks permission to turn the three-storey building into a HMO with seven bedrooms.

The application also outlines plans to create parking for five cars on land to the rear of the building and neighbouring properties.
