An Australian fast bowler is returning to play for Alfreton Cricket Club for the new season.
Noah Quick will be playing for Alfreton 1st Team and he will also be taking on a coaching role at the club.
A spokesman for the club said: “Australian fast bowler Noah Quick returns for the 2024 season.
“After a stellar 2023 campaign, helping the Alfreton 1st XI to promotion, Noah returns to England to take on DCCL Division 1.
“In 144 overs last season, he took 32 wickets at an average of 19.28 with a best of 4/29.”
The spokesman added: “Noah will also take up a coaching role at the supporting men’s, women’s and kids teams and training.”
