A race night at a Derbyshire community centre has raised cash for a national charity.
Riddings Park Community Centre was the venue for the recent charity event which was hosted in aid of British Heart Foundation.
A spokesman for the centre, which is situated in West Street, Riddings, Alfreton, said: “Such a fun night Ferret Racing raising money for British Heart Foundation.
“Thank you those that organised the event and allowed our centre to host.
“It was an honour to have everyone here and to meet Mr North who designed Riddings Park Community Centre.
“Thank you everyone who came to support.”
The spokesman added: “If you would like to host your charity event at the centre please contact Louise (at the centre).”
