A total of 13 planning applications for locations in the Alfreton area were submitted to Amber Valley Borough Council in June.
We’ve put together a quick round-up detailing the applications.

The application by Derbyshire County Council says a deer shed in the park needs to be demolished as it is in a “dilapidated state” and is considered to be a “dangerous building”.

The proposal is to build a two-storey extension to the site’s office block. If approved, the extension would be home to a gym, an area with pool tables and a table tennis table, and a large quiet room.

If approved, the small site provide short stay facilities for people attending functions at the social club.
No building work is required as part of the application and the club’s green space will remain open when the camping and caravan site is not in use.
