Round-up of planning applications for the DE55 area in April 2024

A number of planning applications have been submitted to the three local authorities which cover our area during the month of April.

Here’s a round-up of the applications for the DE55 area which have been submitted to Amber Valley Borough Council:

AVA-2024-0272: 27 Damstead Park Avenue Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7PR. Convert integral garage to living room with bay window.

AVA-2024-0287: New Tor Grange Street Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7HZ. Extension to vehicle access.

AVA-2024-0294: 12 Everest Drive Somercotes Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 4TH. Replace conservatory with single storey extension.

AVA-2024-0281: TA McDonalds Restaurants Ltd McDonalds Restaurants Ltd Hockley Way Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7FA. Non material amendment to AVA/2023/0360 to de-scope of approved works resulting in the reduction of overall extensions, negating the need for works to the car park.

AVA-2024-0252: 12A Milton Avenue Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7LA. Erection of three bay timber framed garage.

AVA-2024-0234: 72 Damstead Park Avenue Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7PR. Proposed single storey rear extension. Alterations to existing side garden wall to increase usable garden area.

AVA-2024-0254: 8 Melrose Way Oakerthorpe Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7PF. Single storey rear extension.

AVA-2024-0264: 1 Middleton Way Riddings Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 4DN. First storey extension over existing garage.

AVA-2024-0176: 16 Hopkinson Close Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7SP. Raised patio to rear garden.

AVA-2024-0244: 43 Spring Road Riddings Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 4BS. Demolition of existing UPVC conservatory and erection of new extension.

AVA-2024-0270: 78 High Street Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7BE. Non material amendment to AVA/2023/0353 for bay windows to the extension instead of floor to ceiling windows. Render to extension to match existing main building instead of brick.

AVA-2024-0181: T/A Paw Favor 253 Sleetmoor Lane Swanwick Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 1RH. Two storey side extension.

AVA-2024-0140: Willow Cottage Coach Road Golden Valley Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 4ES. Installation of Solar Panels.

AVA-2024-0214: 183 Nottingham Road Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7FL. Proposed two storey rear extension.

PDR-2024-0018: Golden Valley Equestrian Centre Coach Road Golden Valley Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 4ES. Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed agricultural building.

AVA-2024-0223: Riddings Wood Caravan and Camping Park Bullock Lane Riddings Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 4BP. Variation of condition 2 of AVA/2022/0035 to enable 2 pitches 10 & 11 to be used for static caravans rather than tourers.

24/00081/TPO: 4 Church View Blackwell Alfreton DE55 5LD. Tree Works – 2 ash trees removed to ground level, 1 goat willow removed to ground level and 2 silver birch trees removed.
