Round-up of planning applications for the DE55 area in February 2024

A number of planning applications have been submitted to the three local authorities which cover our area during the month of February.

 

Here’s a round-up of the applications for the DE55 area which have been submitted to Amber Valley Borough Council:

AVA-2023-0857: Golden Valley Equestrian Centre, Coach Road, Golden Valley, Alfreton. DE55 4ES. Relocation of existing warden’s accommodation.

AVA-2024-0101: 29 High Street, Alfreton. DE55 7DR. Change of use of store rooms to provide extension to existing residential accommodation.

AVA-2023-0840: 3 Chesterfield Road, Alfreton. DE55 7DT. Listed building consent for renewal of 12 flush doors internally as existing. Supply of two cameras to two external door entrance/exit.

AVA-2024-0075: Granfield Nuttall Street, Alfreton. DE55 7AY. Non material amendment to AVA/2023/0024 to raise the height of the roof to the rear extension.

AVA-2024-0081: 112 Birchwood Lane, Somercotes, Alfreton. DE55 4ND. Three storey side and single storey rear extensions.

AVA-2024-0095: Granfield Nuttall Street Alfreton. DE55 7AY. Two storey rear extension.

AVA-2024-0055: The Old School House, Golden Valley, Riddings, Alfreton. DE55 4ES. Proposed new three-bay garage and accessible ancillary loft space at first floor level (may impact the setting and character of the Conservation Area).

AVA-2024-0016: 53 – 57 High Street, Alfreton. DE55 7DR. Change of use from retail E (a) to mixed use retail E (a) and two residential C3 flats.

AVA-2024-0066: 86 Hickton Road, Swanwick, Alfreton. DE55 1AG. Proposed single storey extension to existing dwelling.

And here’s a round-up of the applications for the DE55 area which have been submitted to Bolsover District Council:

24/00071/ADV: Unit 39, East Midlands Designer Outlet, Mansfield Road, Pinxton, Alfreton. DE55 2JW. Display of a backlit logo, two illuminated projecting signs and another face illuminated logo.

24/00066/FUL: Hillside Fordbridge Lane, South Normanton, Alfreton. DE55 2DP. Single storey front extension (amended scheme).

24/00060/FUL: 16 High Street, Tibshelf, Alfreton. DE55 5NY. Change of use from public house to gymnasium and exercise studios with associated cafe area (Use Class E(d), off-street parking. Minor external and internal works. Demolition of parts of ground floor of building.

24/00050/DISCON: Townend Farm, Lees Lane, South Normanton, Alfreton. DE55 2AD. Discharge of Conditions 23 (estate streets within the application site have been designed and laid out) and 24 (parking and manoeuvring of vehicles) of application 20/00185/OUT.

24/00048/FUL: 17 Babbington Street, Tibshelf, Alfreton. DE55 5QD. Erection of six semi detached dwellings.

24/00041/FUL: 51 Peveril Road, Tibshelf, Alfreton. DE55 5LR. Single storey rear extension.

24/00022/FUL: 2 Lea Bank, Broadmeadows, South Normanton, Alfreton. DE55 3LH. Change of use from beauticians to micro pub.

23/00514/FUL: Raven House Farm, 2 High Street, Tibshelf, Alfreton. DE55 5NY. Change of use to managers accommodation and insertion of roof lights.

24/00158/FLH: The Hollies, Main Road, Stretton, Alfreton. DE55 6EW. Single storey rear infill extension, with internal alterations comprising the creation of a new bedroom with new window openings on side elevations.

24/00148/FLH: 1 Well Lane, Higham, Alfreton. DE55 6EG. Proposed conversion of undercroft to external store and partial habitable accommodation plus single storey corner infill extension to rear of property.

24/00119/DISCON: 95 High Street, Stonebroom, Alfreton. DE55 6JY. Application to discharge condition 3, 4, 7 (Site Investigation), 8 , 9 (Remediation Measures), 10 (Surface water), 12 (Biodiversity Enhancement Plan), and condition 15 (Materials) pursuant to planning application 23/00360/FL.

24/00115/TPO: New Rectory, Main Road, Shirland, Alfreton. DE55 6BB. Application to prune Ash, Holly and Hawthorn (W1) covered by NEDDC Tree Preservation Order 82.

24/00099/FLH: Lathkyll Back Lane, Morton, Alfreton. DE55 6GT. Two storey side extension with porch and alterations to roof.
