Drop the Beat Dance Studios are looking for an acrobatic or gymnastics teacher to provide lessons at the Alfreton dance school.

Drop the Beat Dance Studios offers a variety of different classes for all ages – including musical theatre, ballet and hip hop – and it would like to start offering acrobatic or gymnastics classes too.

The dance school said: “We are looking for a fun, friendly individual to provide acrobatic or gymnastic lessons at Drop the Beat Dance Studios.

“Applicant must be qualified, DBS checked, have previous experience in teaching multiple ages and have a flexible timetable.”

The opportunity to join the dance school, which opened in January, comes at a very exciting time.

It is preparing to move from its current location at the Genesis Centre, on King Street, to Somerlea Park Community Centre, on Sherwood Street in Leabrooks.

Classes will be held at Somelea Park Community Centre from Monday, November 28.

To celebrate the move, Drop the Beat Dance Studios will be offering free tasters in all classes to potential new pupils.
