Rightmove’s commercial site currently lists a variety of shop units up for sale or rent in Alfreton town centre.

There are three different retail units currently available for rent in Institute Lane alone, including the former BrightHouse shop.

Rent of these retail spaces ranges from between £917 per calendar month (pcm) to £1,875 pcm.

The largest of the shops units up for sale or rent in Alfreton is the former Argos site on Central Road, which is available for a huge £10,417 pcm.

Listed for sale on Rightmove is The Lash & Brow Bar on the High Street, which is on the market for £29.995.
