A motivational speaker and fitness instructor from Alfreton is set to embark on a UK tour.
Dominique Parlatt has signed up to take part in a 12 date UK tour representing a fitness apparel company giving motivational talks across the UK on “how to remove limiting beliefs to move forward and be the woman you want to be.”
Dominique told the Spirit of Alfreton: “I have been signed for a 12 date tour for the show called Amazing Jane Live, with locations such as London, Glasgow, Bristol, Newcastle, Isle of White, Northampton, Chessington and more.
“I will give motivational talks and present a low impact fitness class for Amazing Jane activewear who are a fitness fashion line aimed at empowering women to feel confident in their clothes.”
Dominique runs Warriors in Alfreton, which offers a wide variety of weekly energetic classes at Woodbridge Junior School.

Dominique has a Royal claim to fame in that she has featured in an article which was published on the royal.uk website.
The ‘HRH attends The Prince’s Trust ‘Youth Can Do It’ event’ article, which was first published on June 12, 2019, has recently been updated to include Dominique’s details and quotes.
Dominique said: “I was featured on the official Royal website for Clarence House for my work in empowering women and impacting communities for equality of all people in fitness, after leaving school with no qualifications and turning my life around.”
The Royal.uk article outlines an event the then Prince of Wales, now HM The King Charles, attended which celebrated businesses and entrepreneurs which have been supported by The Prince’s Trust charity.
Within the article, the author states: “One of the young people who met His Royal Highness was Dominique Parlatt, who completed the Enterprise programme and has launched two successful businesses – a fitness company, Warriors, and a cosmetics line.
“Ms Parlatt was a young carer from the age of seven who left school with no qualifications and spent several years in short-term jobs.
“She said: “Tonight’s event has been incredible – it’s so inspiring to meet entrepreneurs who have built up such innovative and successful businesses, even exceeding their own expectations in some cases. It’s so important to dream big, and that’s exactly what The Trust inspires people to do.”
