Derbyshire Constabulary are recruiting for a compliance officer to be based in Alfreton.
The full-time job will be based at Horsefair House in King Street.

The job advert explains: “As part of our assets team you’ll make a big contribution to our strategy of ensuring that all of our buildings are safe, fit for purpose and cost effective, as well as planning energy proficient properties of the future.
“As the compliance officer you will advise on the energy performance of Derbyshire Police and DFRS properties utilising installed Building Management systems (BMS) and put forward schemes for its improvement.

“You will collect, collate and input energy monitoring data from all Derbyshire Police and DFRS sites and produce running reports for the department as required.
“As well as liaising with consultant energy advisers and utility suppliers to ensure accurate energy data is maintained, set targets are met and where possible reduce energy costs in consultation with relevant stakeholders.”
