Coming to Riddings Community Centre.
3rd July 2023 at 1.00pm til 2.30pm
Have you got health worries?
Would you like the opportunity to talk with someone?
Sometimes do you feel you just need someone outside of your family unit?
It recently came to light that there are many health issues where people just don’t know where to turn for help, advice or just someone to talk stuff through.
I am opening a Monday afternoon Wellbeing Sanctuary. This is free of charge and an opportunity to talk through some issues that you may need help with. This can be anything from Mental Health issues to Physical issues.
I aim to get professionals to give talks and advice on certain ailments but more importantly it is to let you know you are not alone.
There will be opportunity to strengthen your bodies with chair based excersise to help with issues such as osteoporosis, arthritis and balance.
We may even get the kitchen open to serve a coffee and a biscuit 😊
I intend to to do an initial 10 weeks to see how it goes.
Let me know below 👇 if this is something you would be interested in and like in the community 💜
