The wheels are in motion for a new season at a heritage transport site in Derbyshire.
Crich Tramway Village was established more than 50 years ago by the Tramway Museum Society and has since developed into a major visitor attraction with more than 100,000 visitors per year.
The village is an Accredited Museum housing a unique collection of trams and tram-related artefacts and trams running in passenger service daily.
The heritage site is soon set to re-open for its 2024 season.
A spokesman at Crich Tramway Village posted up these photos of their vehicles on the venue’s Facebook page this week and stated: “Some of our trams inside the depots. It won’t be long before some of them are out running again.
“We re-open on Saturday, March 9.
“You can pay on arrival or, if you prefer, you can book online via our website.”
