South Normanton Gala gets underway this week and organisers have arranged a free ‘fun bus’ to transport attendees to and from the event.

The service, dubbed the ‘Gala Fun Bus’, will be operated by Freeway Coaches and will run almost continually throughout the two-day event on Friday (June 30) and Saturday (July 1).

The service is free but there will be a donation bucket on the bus, with all proceeds raised going towards future events.

It will pick up and drop off at locations in South Normanton and Alfreton.

The bus times vary throughout the gala. Freeway have put together a timetable for both days, which you can see in the gallery below.
