AYUP – Sports Club at Alfreton Leisure Centre

AYUP (Alfreton Youngsters Umbrella Provision) is a volunteer run initiative which offers a multitude of weekly activities for youngsters in the town.
The CIC (Community Interest Company) was set up in July 2023 and the activities it offers includes:
Funding the Blend Outreach Youth Project to be out and about engaging the youth in activities in town on Monday evenings between 3.30pm and 5.30pm.
Sports Club Night for 11 to 17 year olds at Alfreton Leisure Centre on Wednesdays between 4pm and 6pm.
LGBTQ+ Night at Alfreton Tea Rooms on Thursday evenings (fortnightly).
Funding the Old Farm Bus to put on a youth club at Mansfield Road/Alfreton Community Hall every Friday between 5pm and 7pm which includes games and activity workshops.
