Alfreton residents are being urged to report nuisance motorbike riders to the police in order to help them tackle the situation.
Alfreton Town Council highlighted examples of nuisance motorbike riders adjacent to the A38 and on the Flowery Leys Lane Bridleway.
The council said: “The police are monitoring this issue and ask that all concerns of safety are reported through 101 so that a thorough picture can be obtained.
“Councillor Keith Wood commented it was vital the public called in all nuisance behaviour as the police allocate resources based on the volume of calls received.”
Do you think nuisance motorbike riders are an issue in Alfreton? What would you like to see done about it? Let us know.
