Derbyshire’s fire service is recruiting for an occupational health screening nurse to work in Alfreton.
An advert shared by Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service says: “Play your part in making Derbyshire safer by proactively delivering occupational health services and initiatives within Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service.
“As a registered general nurse you will assist the occupational health nurse advisor and occupational health physician in promoting the health and wellbeing of employees.
“With responsibility for undertaking health screening for new and existing employees, you will also support the overall health and wellbeing of employees through health promotions and campaigns, providing advice and guidance for employees and managers and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.”
According to the job advert, the role will be based at Alfreton fire station.
The deadline for applications is midnight on Sunday, October 9.
