Christ the King Church in Alfreton is opening its doors to the public as a warm space this winter.
Starting today (Tuesday, November 30), the Nottingham Road church will be open as a warm space every Tuesday between 9am and 4pm.
Everyone who needs access to a warm space this winter is welcome and there will be free tea and coffee, as well as a light lunch.
Christ the King Church is looking for donations of books, board games and any other activities visitors to the warm space might enjoy taking part in.
Donations can be dropped off at the church on Tuesdays.
