A new planning application seeks permission to turner a former Co-op shop in Tibshelf into flats.
The application – submitted to Bolsover District Council – is for 127-129 High Street.
The building had been due to go to auction in February after standing vacant for more than seven years, however, according to the auction listing, it sold beforehand.
In November last year, Bolsover District Council granted planning permission to transform the building by creating a further three commercial units at the site – making four in total – and changing the use of part of it to residential.
Planning permission was granted for five residential units.
However, the new planning application seeks permission to transform the building into flats.
The proposal is to create 10 one-bedroom flats.
