A new survey is asking for your views on children’s asthma services in Derbyshire.
Joined Up Care Derbyshire has launched the Children and Young People Managing my Asthma Survey and is asking parents, carers and young people to have their say on local services.
Joined Up Care Derbyshire said: “We are looking at the asthma services that you might visit in Derbyshire and where you go to find the care you need.
“We want to make sure that you know where to go if you have a problem and where you might be able to make improvements to our services to make things easier for you.
“It helps us to design our services if you tell us about your experiences of our services, especially if things work well so we can build on them and if things aren’t working so well, we can see how we can improve them.
“In order to do this, it would help if you could tell us about your experiences by completing this survey.”
